EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
ZAC has been established to become a globally consequential company that delivers AI for the public good. We are building a category-defining business that pairs world-class research and innovation with safe accessible products serving consumers, enterprises, and governments. Our goal is to do an IPO, achieved through durable revenue growth, principled governance, and trust earned by delivering explainable, responsible, and trustworthy AI to the world.
To our knowledge, ZAC is the only company in the world to achieve AI training with only a few training samples (typically 5 to 50), based on Abstraction-Generalization, similar to humans, which is:

The foundation for Human-Level Situational Awareness capabilities;

The pathway to enable Level-5 Fully Autonomous Driving, which is a subset of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI); and

ZAC efficient algorithms need much less training samples, hardware (CPU / GPU), datacenters, size, energy (Carbon footprint), water, and cost, by many orders of magnitude, while having better accuracy and robustness, in comparison to other algorithms in the industry (Statistical algorithms, such as Neural Nets, Deep Learning, Deep CNN, ResNet, Transformer, and LLM).

CORPORATE OBJECTIVES
ZAC Cognitive Explainable-AI (CXAI) algorithms, based on ZAC Concept Learning, is the foundational AI of global consequence (which beats Statistical algorithms, such as Neural Nets).
We are building the foundations and architecture to become the first company to:

ZAC will be applying its technology in various verticals, e.g., for medical imaging/diagnosis, drug discovery, e-commerce/retail, search engine, referral and ad networks, social networks, smart city, smart home/appliance, defect and anomaly detection for manufacturing and construction, learning machines, data mining, knowledge extraction & analytics, big data (e.g., generated from sensors, cameras, wearables, or IoTs), video summarization or search, situational awareness (SA), self-driving/autonomous vehicles, biometrics, security, surveillance and monitoring, aerial and satellite images, and military and intelligence applications.
